Dartmouth Park

Dartmouth Park Neighbourhood Forum has submitted its proposed Neighbourhood Plan to Camden Council.  The Council is now seeking views and comments on the draft Plan from residents and other interested stakeholders.

Comments on the application must be submitted by 3rd May 2019. Further details can be found here.

Camley Street

Camley Street Neighbourhood Forum has applied to be formally re-designated as a neighbourhood forum for a further five years.

Comments on the application must be submitted by 4 April 2019.  Further details can be found here.

Drummond Street 

Drummond Street community has applied to the Council to be formally designated as a neighbourhood forum and set the boundary of the Drummond Street Neighbourhood Area.  The Council is now seeking views and comments on the applications from residents and other interested stakeholders.

Influence the future of your neighbourhood

Communities can influence the future of their neighbourhood by preparing a neighbourhood plan that sets out the vision for their local area and general planning policies to guide developments.

Please see below for guidance to help communities decide whether to get involved in neighbourhood planning and help them in preparing a plan if they do.

Locality provides support communities with neighbourhood planning.  You can apply for direct support and funding and receive useful advice and contacts through their website.

Adopted neighbourhood plans 

Adopted plans become part of the statutory ‘development plan’ and therefore will be used alongside the Council’s own adopted planning documents when making decisions on planning applications in a neighbourhood area.
